Raphael Rosenblatt
Director
Raphael (Raphi) Rosenblatt joined ESG in 2024 to develop and lead the organization’s efforts to build high-quality, demand-driven talent pathways that increase career mobility and catalyze economic success.
Prior to joining ESG, Raphael served as the Senior Director of Talent Solutions at Year Up, a national workforce nonprofit that prepares low-income young adults for careers in the corporate sector. Raphael led a team of service designers to build and implement custom training and career advancement programs for Fortune500 clients. Working with leading technology and finance firms, he helped reshape how companies sourced, hired, and developed diverse, entry-level employees. Before that, he worked with the talent strategy consulting firm Grads of Life to launch and scale a suite of services to help companies access and advance fresh talent. Supporting employers across multiple sectors, he built and scaled digital training products, as well as designed bespoke talent pipelines. Previously, Raphael led Year Up’s national growth, starting-up training programs on college campuses around the country to meet the hiring needs of regional businesses.
Raphael’s passion for economic equity was cemented when he joined Teach For America out of college. He spent three years teaching high school mathematics at a large public school in the Bronx, earning a Masters in Teaching from Pace University. Raphael also holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.
