Data can be a powerful tool to impact student outcomes; yet across K-12 districts, educators face persistent hurdles in leveraging data to improve students’ postsecondary success.

Drawing on best practices from innovative districts across the country, ESG is pleased to introduce The Building Better Outcomes Playbook, a new tool that offers practical steps for district leaders to build a coherent, student-centered data ecosystem that informs decisions, closes gaps, and supports every learner’s journey to succeed in college, career, and life.

The Playbook includes a comprehensive set of resources to empower districts to “get their data house in order,” along with examples from over 50 districts ranging from small (like Beaufort County Schools, NC) to large (like Los Angeles Unified School District) and everything in between.
