Sara Kim

Sara Kim joined ESG as Accounting Manager in October 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in financial reporting and office management across various sectors, including dental practices, real estate, and audit. With a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for streamlining processes, she excels at driving operational efficiency and ensuring financial accuracy.

Prior to her role at ESG, Sara managed financial reporting for commercial properties at Hines, where she was instrumental in leading budget development, cash flow analysis, and tax compliance.

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University. Her professional journey reflects her passion for creating operational solutions and fostering financial growth within dynamic environments.

Born and raised in Korea and Spain, Sara now resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, son, and their dog. As a first-time mom, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, from playground hopping to exploring dog-friendly places. She has recently taken up running and finds joy in the balance of work, family, and personal growth.
