Nicole Osborne

Senior Associate

Nicole Osborne joined ESG in 2020 and currently leads initiatives to execute strategy across the organization by aligning impact and learning, technology, and people systems.

With a background in data analysis, Nicole’s work supporting ESG’s business strategy is also informed by previous experience within ESG clients in the secondary and postsecondary space on credentials, enrollment, and state and regional strategies. She now uses that experience to support staff across practice areas as they design and implement services for greater impact.

Prior to joining ESG, Nicole was a Data Analyst at Syracuse University, supporting systems and reporting for a $1.5 billion fundraising campaign. Her previous work also includes managing school community engagement products for Crescerance and implementing online assessment products and conducting accountability reporting for KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools.

Nicole earned a Masters in Information Management at Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.

Nicole is a member of the Association for Change Management Professionals. In her community, she serves on the board of the Onondaga Community College Foundation and the Good Life Youth Foundation.

To quote Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

Why ESG?
