Kristi Ransick

Director

Kristi Ransick joined ESG in 2024 as Director, Strategic Project Management to lead the design of project management systems and routines that ensure high-quality delivery of client-facing projects across ESG’s practice areas. She also is responsible for the project management role on select client-facing projects. Her role bridges internal operations and client-facing work.

Prior to joining ESG, Kristi worked with education nonprofits, education technology companies and foundations on strategic planning, product development and project management. She
led product design and development at Teachscape and was part of product development teams at Education Development Center and the American Museum of Natural History. She spent ten years in philanthropy including as Director, Education at the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies and as Principal at NewSchools Venture Fund where she led work on school turnaround, teacher preparation and reimagining school models. She began her career teaching and leading programs at The Children’s Museum, Boston.

Kristi earned an Ed.M. from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from Middlebury College.
