Cecilia Le

Cecilia Le joined ESG in 2024, bringing deep experience in designing seamless pathways for all students to earn a postsecondary credential. Cecilia supports Accelerate ED, a community of 25+ regions across the nation building accelerated pathways to degrees and careers. At ESG, she helps leaders across sectors implement seamless enrollment strategies, supports postsecondary persistence and completion, and advises partners on strategic planning and investment strategy.

Cecilia comes to ESG from Persistence Plus, where as Managing Director she worked with colleges, college access organizations, and employers to increase college completion and equity. There, she led the development and growth of a student retention platform that leverages behavioral science to increase student success at scale. Previously, Cecilia facilitated national expansion of Early College and Back on Track models at Jobs for the Future. A former education journalist, she has authored numerous case studies, policy briefs, and toolkits, and led education program design at youth-serving organizations in Oakland and Boston. Cecilia earned her B.A. at the University of Rochester.
