Why are you in this work?

I believe that better career and education outcomes are essential to realizing a more equitable society and securing our democracy. Achieving this requires research and innovations that improve program and practice. It also requires aligning the state and local education and workforce systems by continuously improving policy to support effective program designs and practice. I believe this is essential to advancing and achieving equity in America.

Why ESG?

At ESG, we understand that the future of work and learning are advancing quickly, creating a strong demand to do things differently in education and training.  ESG has emerged as an important influencer and agenda setter, providing the highest-quality support to state and local systems across America. I’m excited to be part of that critical work at this important time in our nation.
